Swiss School of Management Summer Programme in Strategic Management in the 21st century

Program Overview

Introduction

Every successful career is distinguished by a series of transitions. Moreover,  all growing companies face crossroad opportunities that place greater demands on their business management talent. The Swiss School of Management’s  ‘Strategic Management in the 21st century’ program helps professionals move beyond individual achievement toward effective team driven business management, from functional skills to cross-functional responsibilities, and from the current status quo toward an even greater capacity for change, growth, and leadership.

With the accelerating pace of competition and innovation, successful companies are defined by innovative strategies. This program provides insight into how real-life companies have turned action plans strategy into success and provides participants with the opportunity to formulate their own corporate strategy.

Programme aim

Strategic Management in the 21st century prepares participants to anticipate and quickly respond to the accelerating pace of global competition and technological innovation. Leveraging new research and case studies on companies that have turned cutting-edge strategy into extraordinary success, you learn how to formulate and evaluate new competitive strategies. You leave the program ready to apply this knowledge to your own organization, developing strategies to address competitive challenges, and laying the groundwork for change through action-oriented implementation plans.

After the successful completion of the courses, participants will be issued a certificate of completion.
